Bodysculpting Melbourne

What is Bodysculpting?

Who doesn’t hate those stubborn pockets of fat on the most undesired areas?

Who doesn’t wish they had a slimmer, fitter body without needing to spend hours on the gym?

Bodysculpting is a revolutionary treatment that promotes fat loss and muscle building by using electromagnetic stimuli to targeted areas, giving you that body you always wanted!

It is painless and has no downtime, and can be used as much as you want.

One session of bodysculpting causes thousands of muscular contractions is equivalent of doing 24000 squats or crunches!

What is the Procedure Like?

The practitioner will discuss which areas you want to target and then place the pads on the sites. They will then be turned on and you will feel ‘waves’ of contractions on the areas.

You will be connected to the pads for approximately 30 minutes per area and then your treatment is done!

How Does it Work?

Bodysculpting works by sending electric impulses that mimic your body’s natural stimuli to contract a muscle. Your muscle in response contracts as if you were working out and lifting weight!

The contractions are very intense and cause a deep remodelling of the muscles structure, which results in muscle build up. That improves the tone and strength of the targeted muscles, reducing pains, aches and making you look better.

Results are gradual. Normally we recommend having 2 sessions minimum per week and having a minimum 6-8 sessions to start seeing results (just like going to the gym doesn’t help overnight!)

What is the Downtime?

There is no downtime!

What are the possible risks/complications?

You can experience cramping, discomfort, muscular rupture, but there are no serious risks or complications

Essential Health Checks by Age: What Screening You Need in Your 30s, 40s, 50s and Beyond Preventive health is one of the most effective things you can do for your long-term wellbeing , and much of it is covered by Medicare. Yet many Australians only visit their GP when something feels wrong, missing the opportunity to detect conditions early when they are most treatable. This guide breaks down the recommended health checks and screenings by age group, based on current Australian clinical guidelines. Your GP can personalise these recommendations based on your individual risk factors, family history, and lifestyle. Why Preventive Health Checks Matter Many serious health conditions, including heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and certain cancers, develop gradually with few obvious symptoms in the early stages. Regular screening can detect these conditions before they cause damage, often when treatment is simpler and more effective. In Australia, Medicare covers...
